I saw Dr Parnell 2 Saturdays ago, and I am finally healing from an allergy I've had around my left eye since November 2025! Thank you for a thorough eye check up and a solution to my condition! I will be back for routine eye exams!

Let me start with the positive:
The only positive is Pam who is the reason for the star because she tried hard to help me.

Negatives:
I’ve been coming here for a while and always appreciated the warm, professional care. Unfortunately, something has changed. The atmosphere now feels rushed, transactional, and focused more on upselling than on patient care. The staff used to be pleasant and attentive, but now the attitude of some has shifted to something noticeably colder, and more dismissive. Edwin was a prime example. It’s disappointing to see a place that once felt trustworthy turn into what feels like a money‑driven operation.

I made an appointment recently and went to the new office in Miracle Mile because I’ve been having a persistent vision issue with the glasses prescribed to me by Dr. Bradley Richlin 12 months ago-something that has been affecting me for the last five months. I wanted a brief discussion with Dr. Bradley Richlin, so I understood whether the reason was the lenses or my eyes. Despite being his patient, and someone who had referred others to this optometrist, Dr. Bradley Richlin would not take a couple of minutes to speak with me in person. He insisted that I need to do an eye test prior to any chat. It was disappointing and honestly surprising. Was it the money for the eye test that was a focus instead of the client?

The practice that once felt professional and patient‑focused now feels indifferent, empty and greedy.

I also suggest this optometrist, DR Richlin, O.D. & Associates changes the first line on their website:
"We are pleased to have the opportunity to meet all your vision and eye health care needs. We are a caring team of eye care professionals dedicated to providing the best eye health care, from infants to seniors."

I notice in the comments that I am not the only one to feel this change.

Always seamless with Richlin! I’ve been a loyal client for over 20yrs and grown with them over several locations, each time, each one, like fine wine gets better over time.

Dr. Esfahani has been my doctor for about 4 years now and she has been amazing. Smart, knowledgeable, caring, and kind. She's got a no BS attitude and she has made wonderful recommendations for my eyes -- be it for contacts that are actually comfortable or when I had eye infections. 5 starts all the way!
